Tom Padgett is the owner and lead designer of VP Designs. He is an award-winning music educator, designer, and clinician with extensive experience creating impactful productions for competitive performance programs. In addition to his work through VP Designs, Tom serves as Associate Director of Bands at James F. Byrnes High School in South Carolina, where he has helped lead ensembles to state championships, Bands of America Regional titles, and national finalist recognition. His experience as an educator, adjudicator, and designer brings both creative vision and practical understanding to every production.
